So toward the end of the campaign that they ultimately threw the Dems decided to draw up a deadline just for a certain number of aid trucks to be allowed into Gaza. That deadline is up. What was the consequence of Israel ignoring it? Nothing. Did anyone besides probably deaddm think that there was going to be any change in policy? Probably not.
One interesting thing I have seen in the aftermath of the election is how sure so many people are that Trump will do the things he says despite being a liar and how doubtful most people are that Dems would do anything to change things for the better. It is shit like this where they fall to meet even the shitty goals they set for themselves (because remember this was just to let food go through not to actually end the genocide) that make people not believe in them.
